What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) a martial art that emphasizes submissions, grappling and control over a resisting enemy using a variety of techniques such as ground fighting or submission holds.

It is usually easier to control an opponent on the floor than it is outside or in everyday life. This martial art has many techniques that focus on taking an opponent to the floor and wrestling for dominating control positions.

BJJ offers you the best martial arts around. You can defend yourself against someone twice as large if you do BJJ.

Never disrespect the other martial arts. Respect for every martial art.

However, a blue belt of Jiu-Jitsu is almost as good as any black belt from any other martial arts. BJJ is a form of martial arts that uses joint locks, chokes and immobilizations.

It was created to allow the smallest person to defeat the largest. BJJ doesn't require you to be competitive. People come to BJJ for the chance to lose weight. They can relax, they can make friends, and they can become part of the team.

The main reason they learn the best self-defense is what I believe.

Now, I will show you: Pull guard. Are you ready? There are several ways to pull guard. There is a traditional way of pulling guard.

That's right, you move here and pull. Fine.

This is just one type of pull. BJJ is possible even if your flexibility is limited. BJJ is great for anyone who is short. BJJ is not for everyone. I used to say that long legs, long arms, and good flexibility were the best combination for BJJ.

Today, it doesn’t matter. There is a game to suit everyone. I am taller than most women, flexible and strong. This makes me a great guard person. The close guard is my favourite, as it requires strong legs.

I also enjoy scissor guard and doing the armbars. You need to be able to do all the sweeps, armbars, and triangles without getting stuck in your hips.

History of Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ):

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also known as BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) , is a martial art based on submissions. Controlling an opponent from the ground is much easier than controlling them outside.

This martial art is very different. It focuses on wrestling an opponent to the ground and taking control of dominant positions so that the opponent can be made harmless.

BJJ provides you with the best martial art in the world. If you're small and practice BJJ you can defend yourself against someone twice your height.

There is no disrespect for other martial arts. Respect all martial arts.

A blue belt at Jiu-Jitsu will beat almost any black belt at other forms of martial arts. BJJ (Battle Jiu-Jitsu) is a martial art that uses chokes, immobilizations, and joint locks. It was developed so that even the smallest person could win.

BJJ does not require you to compete. Many people choose to learn BJJ because of the possibility of losing weight. They can relieve their stress, meet new people, and become part of a team. My main reason is that they are learning the best self defence in the universe.

You guys, let me now show you how to pull guard. Is that all? There are two options for pulling guard. There is the traditional method.

Now, let's say you go here and you pull. Fine.

This is one type. BJJ can still be a great sport, even if it doesn't allow you to move as freely as you would like. BJJ is a sport that can be enjoyed even by those who are very short.

Because there is a BJJ game for everyone. BJJ has evolved to accommodate all types of bodies. Before that, I would recommend long legs with good flexibility and long arms.

But it doesn't seem to matter. There's a game that is for everyone. I'm tall for a woman. I can also be flexible.

My legs are strong so I make a good guard. I love to play close guard which requires strong legs. I also like scissor guard, where I do the armbars. It takes a lot of flexibility to perform all the hip movements, including the armbars and triangles.
