1. Consistency is the ability not to rush.

Utilize your brain rather than the strength of your body. It's much better to do Jiu-Jitsu 3 times per week for the rest of your life than to practice 7 days a week for three years and then give up. Balance is an essential element in the development of Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. Do not overuse your muscles or ligaments, and you'll get there!

2. Most important muscles

The most vital muscle to anyone who practices Jiu-Jitsu is the heart. It has the insatiable need to hit the floor but then come back the next day to find out more. Another important component in our physique is our ear. Make sure your ears are trained to be able to hear and be respectful of the points made by all your fellow students in the school, particularly those who are more senior and ranked than you, but also the beginners as well as white belts.

3. There's always an option to get out

If you've hit a plateau in the academy, it does not mean you have to scream about it or feel that the gentle art's not suitable for you. Black belts all have had to go through this and continued to work until they found the solution.

4. The route to fight autopilot The path to fighting on automatic pilot: repetitions

This is the most powerful Jiu-Jitsu class taught with your trainer, Roydean, the king of the sport: You can only finish with an automatic pilot if you repeat the move ten, 50 times. Make sure you build a solid foundation by practising the basic movements during warm-up. When you have the fundamentals firmly anchored, you'll be able to create solid Jiu-Jitsu without gaps.

5. Believe in yourself and it will transform you

To get better, you must be the one who believes that you can do it. Believe in the art of fighting, believe in your efforts, and turn Jiu-Jitsu into an obsession, and you'll see the results faster than you imagined possible. Don't be apprehensive before attending training; just put the gi in your bag and head for the academy.

6. Your body is flooded with nutrients

Having more than a little fruit, fresh air, and clean water is impossible. Cut off the stuff you know is not suitable for you. Be careful with the instrument of your body. Only then will you be able to live longer and enjoy the same things you did as a child.
